The world’s longest tiramisu measures 273.5 meters and was made in Milan, under the eyes of the Guiness World Record judge who was able to certify the record.
It took 50 thousand ladyfingers, 500 kg of mascarpone, 300 lt of coffee, 65 kg of sugar, 60 kg of egg yolk, 70 kg of egg white, 65 kg of bitter cocoa.
Packaging it inside Milan’s CityLife Shopping District, in collaboration with AADV Entertainment, were 30 pastry chefs from the Teatro7|Lab Cooking School led by chef Stefano Callegaro.
