How To Make A Fantastic Ricotta Cheesecake Italian-style

Ricotta cheesecake has several advantages over traditional cheesecake. It tends to be lighter and less dense, with a slightly grainy texture that many people find appealing. The ricotta cheese adds a subtle tanginess and richness to the cheesecake, making it creamy and flavorful. Additionally, ricotta cheesecake is often easier to digest for some individuals compared to cheesecakes made with cream cheese.
