Frittelle di Pere al Parmigiano (Pear Fritters)

Pear fritters are a sin of gluttony that no one will be able to resist.

They are perfect to share with family or friends, as an appetizer during a dinner party or as a crunchy finger food for an aperitif.

For variations – you can add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the fritter batter for an extra layer of flavor. Also try using different types of cheese, such as Gorgonzola or pecorino.
