For those who want to prepare a fruit-based dessert, here is the recipe for apple and kiwi cake that wins at the table the cook’s test.

Because it is a cake easy to prepare and, at the same time, such as to delight the palate because it is soft and fragrant.






  • 1 cup of whole flour
  • 4 kiwi
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp + 2 tsp of Coconut (or seed) oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple or 1/2 cup of apple mousse
  • 100 ml. of milk
  • 3.6 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 lemon



Prepare cut into cubes 3 kiwis while the fourth cut into slices.

In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar, the mousse or blended apple, grate the zest of a lemon and whisk to mix well.

Now add the yogurt, milk, and pour in the flour slowly stirring with a whisk.

Heat the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds to make it liquid, (do not heat if you use seed oil) and add it to the mixture.

Still stirring with a whisk, add the baking powder.

Now add the diced kiwis and mix lightly.

Take a wrapped baking pan (10 inches) and pour the mixture.

Decorate the top with the remaining slices.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F  for 45 minutes.

When cooked let cool and remove the pan, a sprinkling of powdered sugar and good snack!
