How to Make Italian HURRY HURRY SPAGHETTI (SPAGHETTI SCIUE’ SCIUE’)

Spaghetti sciuè sciuè are a first course that can be prepared quickly, when at home we have a craving for pasta, and do not have much free time to prepare something, are our meal saver.

A delicious dish, simple and tasty to prepare with a few ingredients, that we always have at home.


 

 

SERVINGS:4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 grams (14 oz) of spaghetti
  • 200 grams (7 oz) of cherry tomato
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 anchovies
  • 2 fresh chillies
  • parsley to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • salt to taste

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Pour a little oil into a large frying pan and brown the anchovies with the finely chopped garlic and the sliced chilli peppers.

Once they are browned, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half or in 4 parts, and cook them on a high flame for about 5 minutes, until they release their water and are nicely wilted.

Then cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain them al dente and stir-fry them in the pan with the cherry tomatoes for about 2 minutes.

Serve immediately.
