How to Make S COOKIES (With Chocolate)

These cookies,  simple and delicious, are perfect to enjoy at any time of day, from breakfast to snack.

Perfect to serve at the table with coffee at the end of the meal.




Makes about 20 S Cookies



  • 2/3 cups of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of 00 flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate




To prepare these cookies, we prepare a whipped shortcrust pastry, that is, we mix the ingredients in a boule and work them with electric whips.

First we work the butter that must be at room temperature, so we recommend that you take it out of the refrigerator at least an hour before, so that it is soft enough when we use it.

Then we add an egg and always continuing to mix the powdered sugar.

We flavor with a teaspoon of vanilla extract, then gradually incorporate the 00 flour.

Finally mix with a spatula: the shortcrust pastry should be compact but soft.

Add a drop of milk if it is too dense.

Trasferiamola in a sac-à-poche with star tip and realize above a drip pan lined with parchment paper, our “S” shaped cookies.

Cook in preheated oven at 350 F for about 8-10 minutes.

Let them cool and finally, if desired, dip half in a bowl with melted dark chocolate and let solidify.

Our cookies to them are ready to be enjoyed!
