A delicious and fluffy banana cake.
A light cake with a butterless and eggless dough!
I use 9 inch cake pan
- 1½ cups of 00 flour
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 6 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until creamy, then add the sugar and mix well.
Add the milk and oil; then add the vanilla extract, sifted flour and baking powder.
Mix everything with the whisk.
Tip the mixture into a buttered cake pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes, in a 9 inch. cake pan.
