INGREDIENTS

- 1 tsp low sodium salt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 stick chilled butter
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp cold water
FILLING:
- 1 16 ricotta cheese Drained
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cube Coby jack cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- add salt after tasting the cheese mixture
- 1 cup smoked sausage
- 1 cup bacon
- add 5 eggs
Baked for 55-60 minutes.
