ITALIAN SPAGHETTI W/ TUNA & TOMATOES

A simple and easy Italian pasta dish.

 


 

 

Servings: 4 people

 

INGREDIENTS:

• 320 g of spaghetti

• 100 g of tuna in oil

• 150 g of tomatoes

• 1 pinch of dried oregano

• 1 clove of garlic

• 2 anchovy fillets in oil

• 1 dozen basil leaves

• extra virgin olive oil

• salt

• black pepper

 

 

Drain the tuna, crumble it annd place it in the blender with the tomatoes, anchovies, washed and dried basil, peeled garlic clove, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of salt and ground pepper.

 

Blend everything and add 4-5 tablespoons of oil in a drizzle.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water, drain them al dente and dress them with the sauce.

 

Your spaghetti with tomatoes and tuna is ready to be served.
