UOVA STRAPAZZATE -SCRAMBLED EGGS: A DELICIOUS AND QUICK RECIPE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

Scrambled eggs, a quick and easy to make but very nutritious second course, served with a serving of vegetables and a fruit turns into a complete healthy meal.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/8 cups of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

Here is how to make scrambled egg in very few steps.

In a large bowl, shell the eggs, beat them well and add salt and pepper to suit your taste.

Now add the tablespoons of milk and turn well to let the milk mix with the eggs.

If you don’t want to put milk you can put water but the result with milk in my opinion is better and the eggs stay softer, some people even put cream…for extra yummy scrambled eggs!

Take a nonstick pan and put a little butter, when it is melted put the egg mixture and turn immediately with a wooden or nonstick spoon.

The gas fire must be very low otherwise the eggs tend to burn.

Cook for a few minutes, turning all the time.

Toast some bread in a nonstick pan and serve the eggs on top of the hot bread!

If you like, you can also serve the scrambled egg with a couple of slices of prosciutto previously heated in a nonstick pan….a real treat!
